We had some leaking problems in our basement....so this is suppose to fix the problem (new sealing around the foundation and better drainage outside). Hopefully - very soon - everything will be back to normal....and we are able to park in our garage again.

I can't believe all you are dealing with for your house. I am surprised you're not pulling your hair out and running around screaming with all the stress and frustration! So, good job not doing that.
