Weekly Round-up

Here is our weekly video. We went to the park twice in one day...how lucky can you be. The weather was so nice we had to go.

Grant got a golf set this week. You will see him "golfing"....and some of those bad stroke habits will have to be addressed at a later date. I've come up with a golf name for Grant - "The Pit Bull"....since Tiger has already been used. The name is great for two reasons - Grant loves dogs and Grant's head is very big just like a Pit Bull head.

First Of Many...

I'm sure this is the first of many skinned knees we will have this summer. This happened at playgroup on Friday. He fell down on the sidewalk and didn't even cry.

Welcome Home....To Our Moat!

We thought that since it was cool in the Medieval Times to have moats...that we would have one around our house too. Here is our moat:

We had some leaking problems in our basement....so this is suppose to fix the problem (new sealing around the foundation and better drainage outside). Hopefully - very soon - everything will be back to normal....and we are able to park in our garage again.

Puppy Puppy Puppy

Everything is the puppy's! Baxter thinks he can play with anything and everything in our house. He likes his toys but he also likes shoes, Grant's toys, sippy cups and even my cell phone. But overall he has been a wonderful addition to our house!

Here are some photos. He is now bigger than Bugsy....it is amazing how fast he is growing.

Weekly video

Since I did not do a video last week...some of those images are in this video.

Late week Grant learned how to use a straw. Big accomplishment!

We also spent some time at the pool. You will see him in his "hulk" swim wear...which is not allowed at the pool we go to. Oh well.

The last clip reminds me of a anchorman waiting for the cue to start talking...it is hard to read but the caption says "are we rolling yet?".

Happy Easter???

So we took Grant to his first "real" Easter Egg hunt today....by "real" I mean we actually paid to go to this egg hunt.

Well let me explain how that went using photos and what I know Grant was probably thinking....

"Wow check out all those eggs."

"What do you mean Dad we have to wait here in line until they tell us to go....I don't want to wait."

"Did you not hear me the first time...I don't want to wait!"

"It is about time we get to pick up those colored things on the ground."

"Mom I don't want to pick up the pink one....those are for girls."

"Wow look at how many eggs I have in my basket."

"O'k I'm over this now."

"Oh how I love Easter candy."

HAPPY EASTER!!

After we gathered 5 eggs Grant was done! Really done. He screamed so loud that we rushed out of the park as quickly as possible. You might think he was upset that the egg hunt was over....but nope he was just hungry. On the way home he ate probably 2 cups of cereal.

Next year - Easter egg hunt at our house!

Bugsy The Big Brother

What does a big brother do for you?
He lets you use his bed (which is over the heat vent)

He shares his sweaters with you when you go outside (while you are still his size)....

He cuddles with you.....

Puppy Fix

Who needs a quick puppy fix? Here you go.

I can't believe it but yesterday was an "accident-free" day. No puppy accidents yesterday! Good job Baxter!!
